To the extent, that when I returned to Jersey, I scouted online for the salad’s recipe. And I was so happy to find one! This recipe is adapted from ‘justapinch.com’ and the recipe author, impressively, was the winner of the ‘ultimate salad toss’ contest held by the site! Every element in the recipe, whether it’s the dressing or the caramelized almonds, has worked together, beautifully and seamlessly!
